Broken Business Class Seat, and Complaint Letter & Response

I guess nothing much one can say about the letter. One thing FT has taught me is that if there is something wrong with my seat or IFE to immediately claim and request compensation inflight or at least a posts report (as mentioned in the response). Received a voucher in Y some time ago on MH when the IFE didn't work on a 4hr flight.
