Other thought is to go to Narita City or elsewhere to do a little sightseeing; we will not be prepared for cold weather and are doing carry on only to NRT/don't want to pack heavy coat. Any suggestions? Ideally a little sightseeing and shopping. Are either the Aeon Mall in Narita or Premium Outlet Shisui worth the time for middle-aged women and one mid 20's with access to Premium Outlets in US? More interested in good quality 100 yen items, Japanese crafts, etc. than imported clothing/goods.
