While I appreciate Delta's offering Yotel access in the absence of a proper arrivals lounge in Terminal 4, the experience is frankly underwhelming. I look forward to using the Virgin Atlantic Revivals lounge once Delta (partially) relocates to Terminal 3 next spring.
