Hi All,

I wanted to check the seat I was assigned on my soon-to-come BKK-ZRH business class flight.

I usual go to www.thaiairways.com.sg and click on the link "All tickets, including awards".

It now shows "The page requested is not found"

I know they changed to Amadeus and tried to call their hotline to see if my award booking reference has been changed but their hotline is always engaged.

Any help much appreciated.
