I've never been a fan of airbus, but I can't argue that they are wider and the seats can be correspondingly wider for 6 across. However, pitch is another matter. I've been on new LH and SK airbus aircraft and the seats are skeletal, with minimal padding, no IFE and short pitch. Notwithstanding the constraint caused by the width, the seats and pitch is the choice of the airline. If AC has shown us its true colours in the 77H, then irrespective of whether they chose boeing or airbus, the pitch will be short.
