Have others noticed NEW 2014 Company rates for worse?
Has anyone else seen some of their great company deals fall off from 1st January 2014 ?
Thought I would start a thread to explore the continued introduction, of company rate pricing that IHG are claiming is better for Companies, something called a "Dynamic Pricing Model" and discontinuing specific Hotel-Business individual rates.
Two of my regular company stay rates are a big negative for 2014 !
1. IC Bangkok Company rate
2013 - Standard Room fixed 3300 Baht++ rate versus usual 5000-6500 ++ (and flex to boot)
2014 - Standard Room variable eg 6100Baht ++ when ADR is 6000 ++
2. IC Bucharest Company rate
2013 - Standard Room fixed 85Euro++ when ADR = 78-100 ++
2014 - Standard Room variable costs more eg 102Euro ++ when ADR is lower
(Although I noted Siemens, is still 85++ fixed in 2014 when my new rate is 112++ .... Grrr )
