I am having a similar problem. Did web check in and didn't get the pre check logo on the boarding pass. Called customer service and was told they had no way of telling whether or not it was in there, and that the information is buried in the bar code. At least part of that is baloney because I've seen boarding passes in the last couple weeks that have the pre check logo on them.
