Who here knows the presentations of a CVA?

Who could reasonably have been expected to notice the symptoms that this patient was presenting; and to have intervened?

Presumably the window seat passenger had climbed over this passenger at least once during the flight (unless he has remarkable bladder capacity). So are we really so sure that he should be ashamed?
