There aren't that many Marriotts in Japan, this is what you've got. I'd do mock bookings at each and look at room sizes to see occupancy allowed. I think you are going to have a hard time getting them to let you put 4 in a room. The only Tier 1-3 RC's are in Okinawa an dOsaka. In Osaka they have one King or two twin, with one rollaway or crib allowed, max occ. listed at 2.
