That's an extortionate price. You can book a taxi with the leading cab company, taxis G7, which is a reliable and professional provider:

or with one of several minicab companies such as Le Cab. I would guess the price from CDG to Place de la Concorde to be around EUR 50-60 with a taxi, each way.
