This is by far the best set up in my case : First matching to MVP gold (in order to get 100% miles bonus) - So any r/t in J on AF to Europe will generate typically 25-27000 miles, just enough to get a one way J or F award anywhere to asia (using the quite generous intra asia CX award chart on AS)
And I just need 4 r/t by end 2014 to requalify to MVP gold for 2015..
Damned One can now earn elite qualifying miles on all Alaska Air Partners...
