Taka has a good food court, but it's on the small side and seating is always problematic there. The Vietnamese stall is probably the best out of all food courts, but some of the others can be quite average.
Also in terms of food offering I prefer Food Republic at Somerset 313 (5th floor). It's also the easiest food court in all of Singapore to get a seat at (simply because it's huge), at least from my experience. Definitely a top choice for multiple reasons.
For a great view you cannot beat the foot court at Marina Square - grab a window seat and you'll be overlooking marina Bay, including the Sands.

And it probably has the best Korean stall around.
