I would personally suggest the following (in order of preference) for your criteria of a long length:

51D or F as they have enough extra leg room to give you a fully flat lay down without bending your knees and magically there is no shroud around your feet so full freedom of movement. They may not be as private as one would wish but should be fairly quiet.

50J for next best leg room, plenty of it (the longest on the UD) but a half shroud that may limit the freedom of the feet a bit. Also not as private as one might wish but generally should be good.

53E has an extra inch or so over a normal CW seat so helps a bit in leg room but is also more private once the screens do go up and shouldn't be bothered by light or noise.

56B rounds up my recommendations for your height as it has a few extra inches but also a restrictive shroud which limits freedom of the feet again. The seat is in the aisle and is just behind the galley so you may hear noise or get the curtain being brushed aside all the time.

All the rest are pretty much the same for length, if you value privacy foremost, then 50A or K may be the correct one to choose as very private, very dark due to only one window and very little noise as at the front of the cabin. No extra leg room though.

Hope this helps, enjoy your trip ^
