I guess it should have been "Plat & AeroPlat for one annual fee". Amex used to roll the 2 annual fees into one. i.e. If you carried the Plat and the AeroPlat Amex would charge you the higher fee of the 2 cards instead of both fees. They ended this in 2010 so said the rep I asked. Back then the Plat was $399 and the AeroPlat was still $499 (I think). There are a few lucky card members that have both cards and are paying $499 or even $399 per year for both cards.
They have since discontinued this promo and charge both AFs to card holders of both cards. Members who took advantage of the promo were 'grandfathered' in and still pay the one annual fee.
