Any reason to be concerned? The credits have not been deducted, but it shows the green seat icon when checking the upgrade status.
File just needs to be cleaned up. Call up AC, give them the PNR and just note that you need the file cleaned so you can select a seat. No big deal, happens once in a while when the waitlist clears.
