I've seen inside the temporary USO location ATL has open during the holiday season. It's a walled off section of the main terminal with a children's area, TV, chairs, and some snacks. A lot of military members seem surprised that the location exists as it always seemed pretty empty and often has a volunteer asking uniformed service members if they'd like to enter. It's a great place for military members to go during connections and is in a relatively quiet part of the terminal.
