They vary greatly.

The one in DFW is multilevel with a game-room, reading room and IIRC a sleep room. They have free cellphones for folks to borrow. Free books. My fav.

CLT is the old BA lounge. Decent selection of free fast food sent up by some of the restaurants downstairs, home theater style seats with a wide screen TV. 4 computers. Free books.

BWI is a pit, IMHO. Free junk food. Cavernous space. A couple of sleep rooms. Baggage storage.

FRA is for a quick visit while waiting to be picked up by one's unit or family. Haven't really visited, just poked my head inside.

CAE has gobs of junk food, bunch of computers. No comfortable seats, lots of dinette tables with chairs.

ORD is in a space that is an afterthought. Smallish. Couple computers and some free reading material.

Universally the staff is great and can point out how to navigate the airport and local area. None of them are BA quality, but some are better than most Admirals Clubs.

Oh. No adult beverages.
