Buried in the new Regional Upgrade Certifcates T&C is the following snippet: "After booking Economy Class tickets eligible for upgrade, the SkyMiles member whose name appears on the certificate must contact Delta to book the upgrade reservation for the member and, if applicable, his or her travel companion. Delta representatives must book in "RP/OP" class and travel agencies must book in "R/O" class." (bolding mine).

I wonder what this bolded part means? Is DL still publishing to RP/OP to GDS as R/O for travel agent's use? I would check EF for R/O classes, but I already cancelled.
