If I read this right, you are willing to pay to have your daughter be the third in your suite as well as being solo in an inside cabin, right? Unless there is a promo, you would be paying a single supplement for your daughter to be in the inside alone (basically paying for 2 people). If you are willing to spend all that, then what you can do is ask your daughter to bring a friend. Then you set the booking up as that friend being the solo in the inside cabin, and leave your daughter as the third in your cabin, and just have the daughter sleep in the inside with the friend. The cruise cost is the same, this friend would be responsible for their own transportation and onboard expenses.

Of course, now you have a 4th person who will feel left out of the lounge access and priority boarding/tenders and whatever other perks you are concerned about your daughter not getting, but for a more or less free cruise, this person might not care about those.
