So long, farewell and thanks for all the fish

Started with Piedmont in 1983 (as Jim noted correctly above) and a customer through all past itinerations and will be in the future....for many reasons, not the least of which is the front line staff that makes my travel life easier. E.G. - Missed connection in PHX Saturday due to WX (inordinate travel time from BOS due to headwinds). Made rest of trip in vain....Angels in Low A club found me a route back to DCA, Carol in Special Services got me a paper ticket back, and I made it back to DCA before the WX closed Reagan (original flt back ended up being cancelled Sunday night). As I exited the plane Sunday morning at DCA, flight attendant thanked me along with all the other passengers for being a US Airways customer and expressed her wishes that we continue with the new airline as of Monday morning. So, with due credit to Doug Adams, I say DON'T PANIC! in large friendly letters and let's see what the "new" AA can do.
