With this new booking referenced number go to the KLM website to check in/change your seats. If the system does not acknowledge you as Delta DM (not only ST E+), call KLM in The Netherlands. Not KLM in the US as that's just Delta.
Where do you see your status on KLM's website? When I click on the Passenger Details tab, I see the following under "Personal Details,"

Ticket number 006XXXXXXXXXX
Frequent flyer number 9XXXXXXXXX
Should STE+ be showing up there?
