Great to see ANA expanding their Europe service. Why couldn't ANA keep both NRT and HND to LHR flights?

On a separate note, any frequent fliers on the NRT-LHR know why ANA doesn't give fast track certificates for their business class passengers? Do they provide them to first class at least?
