You want to fly into Kansas City International Airport. But this particular website lists Kansas City Downtown, which is an airport for private planes which hasn't had any airline service in years. So if you click on Kansas City here it says there are no flights.
Click on "change search" and change your destination from Kansas City Downtown to Kansas City International...it's code MCI. That will get you flights from Karachi to the right Kansas City airport.
Then once you have your flight to Kansas City International I'd suggest contacting one of those shuttle services to book transportation from the airport to Chanute.
