If you're going in the am though, BA have now introduced the hot breakfast buffet in their T3 Flounge, so I am defaulting back there again. As long as there is Taittinger and not Castelneau, it's a decent breakfast
Also, the noodle bar doesn't open up till a little later in CX (well, hasn't when I've been in there at least...).
