Usless Skywards customer service - how to contact someone senior?

For the last two months, I have been trying to get Skywards miles owed from a Qantas flight taken credited to my account. The fare class of the ticket was definitely eligible for earning miles; but for some reason I only ever received the miles for the return sector but not the outbound sector.

After many hours wasted on the phone being passed around departments and numerous e-mails to Skywards, I finally received an e-mail on November 26, stating "We are pleased to confirm that the Miles for your flights in question have been credited to your Skywards account."

However, yesterday, I received an e-mail stating "In response to your request for retro-active credit of Skywards Miles, the claim has been rejected by the partner."

I have since sent several e-mails to customer service, all of which have either told me to contact Qantas (I have, and they say it is Emirates who need to rectify this) and the responses have generally ignored any queries I have had to raise this matter to someone more senior and simply provided copy-pasted responses which make no sense (in fact when I contact Skywards by e-mail, I often get copy-pasted responses which make no sense).

Is there a senior Skywards customer service team I can speak with at Emirates? When Emirates works fine, it's great, but whenever you need any form of customer service, it is a total disgrace.
