The only good thing about ARN T2 is the size, meaning you rarely have to wait during the various procedures and processes involved in air travel. The new lounge feels like a temporary knocked up fancy area (which it actually is...)
The view is non existing, except for looking down at security on one side and arrivals on the other. The old T2 lounge was much better, especially the Emerald section:
As Genius1 says the arrivals route is most odd, adding significant time. However, this only applies to non-Schengen flights, so we can blame UK for that one

For Schengen flights you are out in 5 minutes actually (irrelevant for BAEC, yes).
To add insult to injury I you are flying on a dreaded "brunch" or afternoon tea flight from ARN T2 you'll get very little food to eat. The lounge has a very limited selection, and we all know the joke of a meal served on said flights.
