SEA-NRT-DEL : Paid Premium Economy Upgrade
Does anyone have experience w/ a Premium Economy Upgrade. I have an Economy:S ticket stuck in a middle seat.

I am wondering if anyone knows if I can do a (paid) upgrade to Premium Economy. How much would this cost ? Do I do it at the gate or can I do it ahead of time.
