I'm tempted to select it, but if I am going to asked to be moved on account of my disability, then I won't go for it.
I think it's an emergency exit for the crew to get out of sleeping area? So not a proper emergency exit as we know it.

I was in 58A LHR-HKG couple of days ago. My first time in long haul Club World so I rated it! Suppose it's a run of the mill CW window seat though. There was 3 windows, 2 that I could see out and 2 storage bins. I only used 1 and managed to fit quite a bit of stuff in.

The meal service didn't feel extended to me. It lasted the whole length of me watching the Alan Partridge film which was 1.5hrs so I guess the service was about 2hrs (counting for film pauses etc!). Beef was slightly over done for me. Had it twice before in WTP+ and it's been better.
