Hotel was willing to apply diamond benefits to one of the rooms. Tried to politely escalate this as other properties have applied the diamond benefits to all my rooms, but to no avail. Did you have children in the second room? If so that would be a real break from the practice at just about any other hotel. Most hotels can be counted on when it comes to parents too, with some more reluctant when it comes to friends or younger adults in the second room.
