I recently finished a stay here. Two rooms, used GP points for a suite upgrade on one of the rooms, the other was using stay certificates. Hotel was willing to apply diamond benefits to one of the rooms. Tried to politely escalate this as other properties have applied the diamond benefits to all my rooms, but to no avail. Just a blemish in an overall excellent stay.
