Kettering: I will have my own reps but they're making theirs available to me and my representatives for questions and assuming any costs.

Trying to avoid any possible view as fraud is the goal. The grandmother actually brought this idea up at a dinner to the family after she and I had spoken about my like of London and wanting to relocation in the future. The price they are offering will definitely draw attention but does not involve any illegal acts. I am not giving them money on the side as I don't have that ability and can prove it :P Nor will I owe any services to them for it. It's rather simply just them not needing the money and wanting to give me a positive position towards relocation.
