Mrs. Aces & I just included the Arrival card in our recent AOR's. Both were instantly approved online at the end of the application process. We each have:

USAir MC #1 - Applied 2/2011 - still have the card
USAir MC #2 - Applied 1/2012 - still have the card

Pretty low spending on the 4 USAir cards. We spend to get whatever bonus is offered (Q4 of 2013 was 5mi/$ bonus on $500 spend at gas stations - had that on two cards). And we use it to buy the 2x companion fares that come with the USAir card.
