Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have entered their information into the Retro College Cuts website as of date of entry (“Entrant”).

Entry Limit: Limit: One (1) entry per person.

- However, when inviting friends on the Facebook platform, for every friend that also enters the sweepstakes because of a contestants invitation—- we will give that specific sweepstakes contestant an additional sweepstakes entry per friend up to 200 entries.
- In the event of a dispute, RCC LLChas all rights to decide on how to disqualify at any time with no consequence.
- Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder within the sweepstakes system.
- Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive one round trip ticket to Las Vegas departing from their home city and one additional ticket for a guest. They will also receive a 3 night stay at The HOTEL in Las Vegas and a $200 Dinner Credit at a Restaurant of RCC’s choosing.

(ARV is ridiculously high since Southwest Airlines generally flies to Vegas for a max of $159 each way, sometimes even cheaper. Sponsor says they will shop for least expensive flights which could - no pun intended - be a gamble. Just FYI)

- APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): THE PRIZE, is consisting of approximately $3000.
- ARV factors in a 3 night hotel stay and two round trip tickets to Las Vegas and a $200 dinner credit.

NOTES:
- RCC has the right to purchase the tickets on behalf of the winner and the guest of the winner and reserves all rights to find the most affordable round trip flight to Las Vegas and a return flight for the winner.
- Winner is responsible for all related costs, including, but not limited to, parking, meals, beverages, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein.
- Winner will be responsible for all taxes (including, but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on prizes.
- Prizes may not be transferred or assigned.
- No cash or other substitution may be made, if the winner can not attend the trip on the defined dates of the contests stated prize,RCC LLC reserves the right to choose a new winner at random and award the gift to that person.
- Each Winner’s companion must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least twenty-one (21) years of age).
- Each Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable airline and hotel regulations in connection with the Prize.
- Promotion Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any flights and or any events related to the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

Winner Drawing & Notification: Winners will be contacted no later than March 1st, 2014 from among all eligible entries received.
