Hi thinking about a package thorugh Costco that seems pretty attractive (breakfast, rental car and inter-island flight from HNL (we got a cheap flight to HNL thanks to the hub wars between DL and UA)). Do platinums usually get upgraded from Garden view to partial ocean? Are there any other hidden costs, e.g. daily parking and resort fee?

We are planning to go the last week of a February for 8 nights.
