Just spent 2 nights at the PH Zurich. Upsides were big (for a Euro city centre hotel) rooms, big bathrooms, lovely wide corridors with windows on one side, huge amounts of public space, excellent deal (65% off) for a connecting room for our kids, some impressive artwork, decent weekend package with 4pm check out, attentive staff.

Downsides were the '50 shades of Beige' colour scheme, the fact that our room keys cut off at 12 despite being on a package with a 4pm check out (and then reception messed up a replacement set), a clear smell of smoke in one of our two connecting rooms and a very modest breakfast buffet (albeit with cooked to order options, all of which were included in the 'free breakfast' in our rate).

Would use it again, although would try Dolder Grand if we had more time - we didn't land until 8pm Friday and left Sunday afternoon.

Four Seasons Geneva it isn't, though.
