I will give you a totally unusable answer, but it is my experience. I my work, it is not unusual to get scrapes and skin abrasions. I carry 2x4 adhesive bandages just for this. Sometimes they see them and pat the area down. Sometimes they don't. Didn't help much, I know. Definitely a YMMV area.
But, but, but, didn't Pistole declare when these wonder machines that find everything appeared on the scene that they could detect something as small as a postage stamp? And now you tell us that they can miss a 2/4 bandage? Planes should be raining down from above on a regular basis if that is the case. </sarcasm>
