Primary, as in the account my employer deposits go into? No, that's Capital One 360. I deposit other checks into it, and it's the only account I WRITE checks from (like 2 a year lol). And 360 Checking is also no physical branch.
Both are a great experience, NO issues at all. Also Schwab DOES have physical branches, not many, but in Reno and San Francisco.
