Is it possible to convert TravelBank $ to an ETC?
I would like to gift some of my travel bank $ to a family member, but would rather not go through the hassle of having to book their flight through my mileage plus account. I'd rather just give them an ETC and let them handle the rest.

Has anyone been able to get UA to issue an ETC in lieu of an existing travel bank balance?
