AD75 Fares for Travel Agents on Airlines

I have been reading on various airlines like Delta and American that once you are a travel agent for 12 months and have met the sales quota you can book in positive space using your IATA/IATAN number and booking it the proper fare class.

So what it sounds like the AD75 is 75 percent off the ticket. And positive space means you are guaranteed a seat and are entitled to get involuntary denied boarding but can't earn miles.

From reading the rules when flying in First Class it seems like they are like the non-rev rules for flight attendants.

As a Travel Agent booked in First Class on the AD75 fare I guess we can get access to the lounge if we are booked in First or Business class.

If someone here can explain these AD fares please chime in.

Thanks
