totally agree be totally honest and just have the back up, just did yyz-yvr-las-yyc-yyz in one day and at the connection to us in yvr had my printout of altitude account, printout of trips to date, my miles calculation of what I would get, and my itin. Told the agent just quick trip for the miles, he asked "so like to get upgrades to first class" said yes. He looked at my strangely and said "Have fun with that man" and I was on my way.
