2. If you don't get satisfaction on the call, make sure your dispute is for the portion of the first debit which you didn't receive. The second debit will correctly show as associated with your flight, so you will lose that.
3. Wait until you are back from your trip. There is nothing worse than having your actual PNR loused up by someone mucking with it for reasons which don't matter right now.
