Flying Co has been going for many years - the rules and criteria for people eligible and who could be considered 'an employee', were tightened up three or four years back, but it is still a good scheme if you own a business - to qualify the criteria is
Flying Co accounts are required to have a minimum of two travellers and the ability to earn 20,000 Flying Co miles a year. That's the equivalent to just three Upper Class return flights to Hong Kong, four Premium Economy return flights to Delhi or five Premium Economy return flights to New York.

Thanks for the response Nick. I wonder what 'the ability to earn 20,000 Flying Co miles a year' actually means. Seems a bit woolly to me! I'll probably hold off but if I cant get the PE seats upgraded I'll have to consider trying it! I actually did the round trip 5 times in 2010 in UC and I have my own small business so could possibly swing it!
