Probably one of the single, most awesome things I have ever been apart of (my experience was with UAL when I lived in Boise).
As a side note, and keeping up with the OP:
I find it absolutely hilarious that, on a regular basis, Sheena is shouted from the rooftops, when even the people who think they know for almost probably sure it was a Delta employee who stole their upgrade, have no idea who/what a traveling employee does or how the whole world of Non-Reving works.
