Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere but I couldn't see any reference to it on the BA Forum.

The best buy as far as I can see is if you haven't purchased any this year ( I appreciate some folks don't) but the maximum price you will pay is £399 for 35k Avios so that's 1.1p per Avios.

If you have already used your allowance then I can't see it being worth the money using your extra 11k as it prices up normally. Previous bonus allowances do not count so you can still buy 11k if needs be.

Assuming you can see availability the this might be handy for some if you are short or (and if you like to 'store' them) alternatively that is 3 sectors UuA WTP to CW from the UK to the East Coast USA, or almost 3 sectors for West Coast USA destinations or 2 sectors to the Far East. (Assuming there is availability!) Still far cheaper than any POUG offers which are not always in MMB.
