Yes - for a while CX English was manned by Tsuen Wan centre Cantonese bilingual centres on a Sunday. As Canto can only be done out of Tsuen Wan CX has diverted English call centres to Manila on weekdays and Malaysia (I think) on weekends.

Certainly the Canto agents can still speak English, if you can get through.

Asia Miles are definitely picked up by the same agents as Marco Polo (just AM is the lowest priority of calls to be answered). They are probably the same as the 2747 1888 agents as well (higher priority than Marco Polo and AM).
