Has anyone else lost their AC Altitude bag tags? Why is it such a flimsy hole punch located two millimetres from the edge? They just rip off and end up god knows where. I got my 75K tags - put one on my bag and it disappeared, used the other one and it went too - on their maiden flights.

They should be reinforced with plastic or something.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, were they replaced by Altitude or Aeroplan?
