Look the GOES site frequently - several times a day (if you have the time). cancellations can come at any time). So check that one of the 3 offices have a last minute cancellation - then you may book the date and time, perhaps when you go to YYZ later this month.

There is no enrollment center in Buffalo, its in Ft. Erie, ON. Of course, its right on the Peace Bridge, so basically downtown.
