Maybe this has already been reported; but in the newly configurated 747, the legspace of 11E is extremely small due to the location of a new large set of storage units. It is probably one the least comfortable seats in the whole plane. 11D is okay as the cabinet sticks out to about half of the seat so you can put your legs on the left side (similar like 11D/G on the A330-200).
