I have that e-mail, and I have the GOES user ID. Problem is that apparently the user ID has expired (it expires before the GE membership expires, apparently), and so I have to create a new one (via the same link you express below)

You will have to know a lot of the personal information as specified when you registered. They system will send you the userid/password.

You will find your PASSID after you log back in.
As I mentioned, one of the pieces of information that they're requiring I give them in order to create a new GOES ID is my PASS ID, the piece of information which I don't have in the first place.
Did you call the support toll-free number?
