When you registered on the GOES website you were sent an email from:

GOES SYSTEM SUPPORT <[email protected]>

On my email the subject was:

PROD-GOES - User Enrollment

If you no longer have that email, you can go to the GOES website and click on the recover userid link:

https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes

You will have to know a lot of the personal information as specified when you registered. They system will send you the userid/password.

You will find your PASSID after you log back in.
